Statement

Graystone Office Solutions recognises its statutory obligations under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 and is committed to transparency and equality in pay.

In accordance with the Regulations, we have calculated the six required gender pay gap metrics, which illustrate the difference in average earnings between male and female employees within our organisation. These calculations are based on payroll data taken from the prescribed snapshot pay period.

All data used in the preparation of this report is anonymised. No individual employee data is disclosed or published.

The results of this report enable us to review the proportion of male and female employees across each pay quartile. As an employer, this analysis supports our understanding of any existing gender pay gap and informs our ongoing actions to promote fairness, equality, and inclusion across Graystone Office Solutions.
