Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Financial Year Ending: 31 December 2025
1. Introduction
The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”) requires certain commercial organisations operating in the United Kingdom to publish a statement outlining the steps they have taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within their business operations and supply chains.
Graystone Office Solutions is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Act and sets out the actions taken during the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

We recognise that preventing modern slavery requires ongoing review of our internal practices and external relationships.
4. Risk Assessment and Exposure
Due to the nature of our business, Graystone Office Solutions considers the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low. The primary areas of potential exposure relate to:
- Manufacturing supply chains
- Overseas production of furniture or components
- Third-party logistics and service providers
Although products supplied to us are generally manufactured prior to entering our ownership, we remain committed to monitoring and mitigating risks across the supply chain.
5. Due Diligence and Supply Chain Management
Graystone Office Solutions undertakes proportionate due diligence measures, including:
- Assessing suppliers prior to onboarding, including reputational and compliance considerations
- Working with established and reputable manufacturers and distributors
- Seeking confirmation from suppliers that they comply with applicable labour laws and modern slavery legislation
- Periodic review of supplier relationships, particularly where goods originate from higher-risk regions
Where concerns are identified, appropriate action will be taken, which may include corrective engagement or termination of the business relationship.

7. Business Relationships
To the best of our knowledge, Graystone Office Solutions has not conducted business with any organisation found to be involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.
Should any supplier or partner be identified as being in breach of the Act, we would take appropriate steps, which may include contract termination or disengagement, depending on the circumstances.
